What materials can you place?
Concrete (up to a 6-inch slump), gravel, road base, fill dirt, topsoil, sand, cobble, bark and mulch, and aggregate up to 4-inch minus. The machine runs everything from dirt to concrete with almost no change in setup.
How much material can it move?
Up to 100 cubic yards an hour. A full mixer can be cleared in about 15 minutes. The belt speed is variable, so we slow it down for concrete and run it fast for spreading gravel or dirt.
How far can it reach?
60 feet of telescoping reach, plus up to 70 feet of slinging distance, with 240 degrees of rotation. From one setup the machine covers most of a residential lot without moving the trailer.
Do I need to supply an operator?
No. Beltline is an operated service. We tow the machine to your site, set it up, and run it with the wireless remote. Your crew keeps building instead of hauling.
What do I need to have on site?
Something to feed the hopper: a skid steer, loader, dump truck, or mixer all work. The hopper is sized for dump trucks and 4-inch minus material. We also need room to park the trailer, roughly 30 feet by 8 feet, near the placement area.
How long does setup take?
About 5 minutes once we are on site. The trailer stays on the street or driveway, the outriggers go down, and the boom extends over fences, walls, or forms to where the material needs to land.
How is a job priced?
By the job. Send us the material, rough yardage, site access, and the date you need it and we will get you a quote, usually within one business day. Call or text if the pour is soon.
Where do you work?
Beltline is based in Cache Valley and works across Northern Utah: Cache Valley, Box Elder, Weber, Davis, Salt Lake, and Utah counties. We will also travel to Boise and the Treasure Valley in Idaho for the right job. If you are near one of those and not sure, ask.
Will it tear up finished work?
That is the point of the machine. The trailer never leaves the street or driveway, and the boom places material over the top of fences, retaining walls, curbs, and finish grade. No skid steer tracks across the yard, no ruts from a loaded truck.
How far ahead should I book?
As early as you can once you know the pour or backfill date. We work by appointment and the calendar fills fastest in the fall push before the ground freezes.
